Made to fit, this is a great piece to add to your wardrobe if you wear neutral colors...because it goes with everything!  Wear the toggle and drops on the inside of your wrist, and the floral cluster on the inner aspect of your wrist where it won't get whacked.  I'm rough on my jewelry, so I assume we all are and give appropriate directions for its care.
