This is a great gift for a sweet sixteen, but I like hearts, myself, so I find it appealing adult fare as well.  It measures 7 1/2 inches, but is designed so you can clasp it anywhere along the chain, creating a focal dangle.  I would be happy to cut it down and add the hearts to the chain that's left if it's for a truly petite wrist.
