This piece is made with turquoise wire, which makes it less formal to begin with.  Add to that the spirals, florals, and little silver flowers, and you have a cuff made for pleasure.  It is event-wear, meaning don't plan on wearing it to work.  I have one of these cuff bracelets, which I love, and when I field tested it, I learned that when I was cognizant that I had it on, it was great.  When I tried to shop for groceries, clean house, and work in the garden, I damaged it.  It is adjustable, and will fit any wrist.
